Glenn Adamson is a curator, writer and historian based in New York. Co-host of the online interview series Design in Dialogue, a collaboration with Friedman Benda, he has previously been Director of the Museum of Arts and Design and Head of Research at the V&A. Adamson's publication includes Thinking Postmodernism: Style and Subversion (2011, co-edited with Janes Pavitt); The Invention of Craft (2013); Art in the making (2016,co-authored with Julia Bryan-Wilson; and Fewer Better things: The Hidden Wisdom of Objects (2018). His most recent book is Craft: An American history, published by Bloomsbury in 2021. 


The following Lexicon has been informed by a series of digital dialogues held between Dr. Glenn Adamson & Samuel Ross across multiple digital operating systems and applications spanning the highly significant period of time, within the 21st century - 2019 Q1 COVID19 Pandemic, the 2020 Q2 International Black Lives Matter Civil Rights Movement, 2020 Q4 Globalised vaccinations to counter COVID19 & the emergence of vaccination passports towards the end of Q3 2020, pre-empting return of international travel in Q2 2021.
